Terms and Conditions


PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION (September to April inclusive, Long Weekends and School Holidays)


If more than 60 days prior to arrival date - notice given for a reservation cancellation – full refund provided.


If a reservation is cancelled within 31-60 days of arrival, a full refund - minus a $50.00 administration fee will be refunded. 


If less than 30 days’ notice is given for a cancellation, no refunds will be given.


BOOKING TERMS

All bookings must be paid for 30 days prior to arrival to confirm the bookings

We require a 50% deposit - 60 days prior to arrival for all future reservations arriving more than 60 days from date of booking. Outstandiing balance must be paid by 30 days prior to arrival.

For all bookings arriving in next 30 days, full payment required at time of booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, you accept our terms and conditions.

A minimum booking period applied for all Long Weekends, Christmas and Easter.

Long Weekends are a minimum of 3 days (Friday to Sunday night inclusive) with full payment due upon booking.

Easter is a minimum of 4 nights booking, being from Thursday night to Easter Monday

For Christmas week, there is a 7 day minimum booking commencing 26th December to 2nd January

Please be aware – NO refunds for early departure.


PAYMENT

  • We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard and Direct Deposits.
  • Sorry, American Express and cheques not accepted.


Check In/Check Out Times

  • Sites – 2.00pm check in / 10.00am checkout
  • Cabins – 2.00pm check in / 10.00am check out
  • Early check in or late check out fees apply and can be prearranged with the office. Please note, this is not always possible over peak periods.
  • Late Arrivals – Should your arrival time be after 4pm, please contact our office beforehand on 08 9720 1057 to make arrangements for after hours check in.If contact has not been made you will find your Site Map and keys in late arrival box by the office door.


SERVICING OF CABINS

  • Cabins will be serviced once a week for any stay 7 days or more.
  • Should you request a service within the week, a fee will apply. Any linen damage including staining, burning or stealing will be charged to your credit card at replacement cost.
  • Strictly no smoking in any cabins – a fumigation fee will be charged to your credit card if you do.


Ensuites

  • Ensuites are to be used for your personal use only. Any extra guests using ensuites are an extra fee.
  • No pets are to be in ensuites


Pets

Binningup Beach Cravan park welcomes you and your pet. Please refer to our Pet Policy.


RIDING OF BIKES AND SCOOTERS IN PARK BOUNDARIES


  • ALL visitors riding bikes or scooters within the park boundaries MUST wear a helmet! No helmet = NO riding!
  • NO bike or scooter riding in the Park after 6pm. No riding around Cabin circle. 


USE OF SWIMMING POOL

  • ALL children 16 years and younger MUST be accompanied by a parent during use of pool facilities. This is to ensure appropriate use of the pool facilities and the safety of all guests.


Use of Bounce Pillow

  • Bounce Pillow is open between the hours of 9am - 6pm
  • All children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult.


Trees at Binningup Beach Caravan Park


We love our beautiful trees — they provide incredible shade during the summer months and add to the natural charm of our park!

To help us protect them and keep everyone safe, please:

• Do not tie ropes, lines, or hammocks to trees

• Do not climb trees

• Please ask children not to pick flowers as they are there for all to enjoy


We have all trees assessed regularly by professional arborists and maintain them with great care. However, please note that you enter the park at your own risk. Binningup Beach Caravan Park accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused by falling branches.
