Pet Policy

Binningup Beach Caravan Park welcomes you and your pet.

For everyone’s comfort/enjoyment, please observe the following rules.

  • No more than 1 pet per site.
  • No pets in park facilities ie: Ablutions, pool area, jumping pillow, bowling green or BBQ / Camp Kitchen areas.
  • No pets to be left on park unattended.
  • No barking or yapping – other guests need to be considered.
  • Pets MUST be on a leash at all times.
  • No anti- social dogs.
  • No washing of pet bedding to be done in the laundry.
  • Owners are to clean up after their dogs at all times. Under the Dog Act there is a potential $1000 fine for not picking up your pets droppings
  • Breach of the above rules may result in you being asked to leave the park – no refund will be given.

We are very lucky to have a dog beach here in Binningup and this is accessible by a gate at the back of the park. Please clean up after your dog at the beach so everyone can enjoy it.

Pet Policy

Pet-Friendly Accommodation

At Binningup Beach Caravan Park, we welcome responsible pet owners and their pets in designated pet-friendly areas and accommodation.

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, the following Pet Policy applies.


Approved Pets

  1. Only domestic pets are permitted.
  2. Pets must be approved at the time of booking.
  3. Certain accommodation types, facilities, or areas may not be pet-friendly.
  4. Management reserves the right to refuse any pet at its discretion.


Registration Requirements

  1. Guests must advise us of any pets when making a booking.
  2. Pet owners may be required to provide details regarding breed, size, and number of pets.
  3. All pets must be current with vaccinations and parasite treatments.

Supervision and Control

  1. Pets must be supervised at all times.
  2. Pets must not be left unattended within the Park, accommodation, vehicles, caravans, or campsites for extended periods.
  3. Dogs must remain on a secure lead not exceeding two metres whenever outside the guest's site or accommodation.
  4. Pets must remain under the effective control of their owner at all times.

Behaviour Standards

  1. Aggressive, dangerous, or disruptive pets are not permitted.
  2. Excessive barking, whining, or nuisance behaviour is not acceptable.
  3. If a pet causes disturbance to other guests, management may require immediate corrective action or removal of the pet from the Park.

Clean-Up Responsibilities

  1. Pet owners must immediately clean up after their pets.
  2. Waste must be disposed of in designated bins.
  3. Guests are responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic campsite or accommodation area.

Restricted Areas

Pets are not permitted in:

  • Camp kitchens
  • Amenities blocks
  • Swimming pool areas
  • Children's playgrounds
  • Reception buildings (unless authorised)
  • Any area designated as pet-free


Assistance animals are exempt where required by law.

Damage and Liability

  1. Pet owners are fully responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or nuisance caused by their pets.
  2. Any repair, replacement, cleaning, or pest treatment costs resulting from pet-related damage may be charged to the guest.
  3. The Park accepts no responsibility for the safety, health, or wellbeing of pets while on the premises.

Emergency Situations

Pet owners must have arrangements in place to manage their pets during emergencies or evacuations.

Breach of Policy

Failure to comply with this Pet Policy may result in:

  • Additional cleaning or repair charges
  • Termination of the stay
  • Removal from the Park without refund
